Desktop notification for pending LiveCycle tasks

In a busy case driven business it is frustrating for workers to be alerted of their LiveCycle-tasks via email. Many, and perhaps most, of us prefer to reserve email for our interactions with real people. Until now the only alternative was to visit LiveCycle workspace web-site and check for new tasks. And then revisit the website serverl more times to check for new items as the day progressed. What is really needed is a tool that allows us to be alerted of new tasks from the desktop. Alerter for Workspace provides notification of new tasks in your LiveCycle ES Workspace queues by sending task alerts to your desktop. You can now be notified of LiveCycle ES Workspace tasks without having an open browser to host Workspace, or your email application to monitor notifications. Alerter also allows you to open, view and prioritize tasks, directly from the desktop!
