Overview

FormCenter™ is a powerful customer self service electronic forms delivery platform designed to fully leverage Adobe LiveCycle. It is a web based - customer facing solution that manages the complete life cycle of electronic forms and their associated services and data.

FormCenter has been designed for large organizations (both Corporate and Government) that need to delivery electronic form solutions. FormCenter has special features that make it suitable for a single organization hosting forms on behalf of a diverse range of departments, agencies or business partners.

Features

  • Form Hosting and Repository: This core element of FormCenter include many advanced features including version tracking of form templates, powerful form prepopulation for both end users and organizations, form rendering via Adobe LiveCycle FormServer, Form white labeling  (sharing the same form across multiple organizations – each having custom branding and other properties available within the form). Another powerful feature of FormCenter is the ability to define and manage “attachments” with Electronic Forms.
  • Customer Self Service Portal: This module is fully customizable (source provided) so that it can be integrated into a client’s own Web Framework or Portal. It provides user registration, profile management, submission history & notification and attachment management and sharing.
  • Payment Services: A key goal of FormCenter has been the provision and integration of a variety of payment services associated with electronic forms. These include credit card payments, account payments and direct debit services. Reconciliation reports are generated on a daily basis and the system can support each form owner having their own merchant account. Service fees can be specified using several options on a form by form basis. On completion of a successful submission & payment FormCenter can automatically generate receipts which can be incorporated into the original document. Adobe LiveCycle Document Security can be used to certify the receipt.
  • Delivery System: Once a Form submission has been completed the delivery system is invoked to deliver the relevant data (XML File, read only PDF, attachments) to the form owner. Delivery options include email, web services or custom Adobe LiveCycle Workflow. A separate FormCenter Delivery Client module is also under development that utilizes web services to pull any relevant files from FormCenter and can also be used to provide integration with an organization back end systems.
  • Administration & Help Desk: The FormCenter Admin console caters to the needs of three distinct users. 1) FormCenter Administrators – who are responsible for the overall configuration and operation of the entire system. 2) Form Owner Administrators who are limited performing operations on their own forms and related data 3) Help Desk operators who need to respond to customer enquiries such as “Did you receive my form”, “Did you receive my payment”, “Can I get another copy of my receipt please”.
