I was happy to accept an invitation to present at the BFMA region 8 September meeting.
I chose to talk about SmartForms; I described some of the innovative work that has been performed in Australian government over the last four years and shared some lessons learnt from the Red Tape Blueprints project that was delivered for a consortium of 41 NSW councils.
