To be successful in this role you will have:

• Commercial software delivery experience in a Java environment
• An ability to utilise a variety of technologies and techniques to deliver business solutions
• The confidence to interface directly with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• The desire to research and learn new technologies
• A highly motivated and professional approach to your work
• UK University Qualification in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or similar

The following skills and experience are highly desirable:

• At least 3-5 years relevant work experience
• Web application experience including html/javascript/jsp
• Previous exposure to Workflow systems and/or PDF Dynamic Forms
• Participation in client requirements/scoping and design workshops
• Rich client applications using Flex or Flash
• Exposure to a wide range of J2SE, J2EE and third party APIs
• J2EE Application Server experience
• XML skills, including XSLT, XSD, DOM, WebServices, etc
• Eclipse plugins or extensions/SWT
• Exposure to Adobe LiveCycle
