Owing to our continued growth, Avoka USA is recruiting for the newly created position of Customer Application Support and IT Support. You will be the principal player in the liaising with client business and operations teams to ensure smooth running, installation and ongoing enhancement. Critical to the success in this role is a strong technical background, problem solving skills and a desire to provide first class customer service.

The Job:

  • Multifaceted role:
    • Customer facing Tech Support as part of 24x7 support team
    • Triage customer issues using Tech Support ticketing system
    • Adobe LiveCycle related
    • Avoka product related
    • Avoka written Application support
    • Escalate issues to:
      • Adobe Enterprise support
      • Avoka Development team (Australia based)
      • Avoka Professional Services team members
    • Provide single point of contact for customers with Technical issues
    • Experience supporting Enterprise applications in vendor or internal IT role is a plus.
    • Internal IT support
      • Manage Cloud based MS-Office services infrastructure
      • VPN infrastructure
      • New employee and Education laptop setups
      • On-going support of US based employees
    • Adobe Forms
      • Experience with Adobe Forms creation is a major plus
      • Ability to learn the product and contribute to on-going project efforts required.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (Flash, Flex, PDF products)
