Seeking experienced Solution Architects (Java/J2EE) with strong experience in any of the following: Forms, Business Process Management or Adobe LiveCycle to join our growing US operation. To be successful in this role you must be able to display your skills in:
- Providing pre- and post-sale expertise in Forms and BPM technologies
- Providing expert consulting services to organizations implementing large scale "Customer Engagement" solutions
- Proven experience in leading Solution Architecture and Applications Architecture activities including taking lead accountability for key deliverables
- Organization and lead requirements, scoping and design workshops
- Innovatively translating sophisticated requirements into system architecture
- Providing leadership and facilitation for Developers and Business Analysts in architecture matters
- Translating detailed requirements and complex technical matters in alignment with the varying IT knowledge of key stakeholders
- Supporting the growth and expansion of our business
- Previous experience in Government and Financial Services is highly desirable.

Required:

The Job:

- Solve complex technical problems with an analytical approach
- Work with enterprise level application environments and products
- Develop strong relationships to build stakeholder confidence backed by delivering commercial business solutions
- Translate detailed requirements and complex technical matters in alignment with the varying IT knowledge of key stakeholders
- Display a passion for using IT solutions to deliver tangible business process improvement.
Personal Competencies:
- 3 years minimum experience in a Solution Architect capacity
- Hands-on experience, deploying Forms / BPM solutions
- 5-10+ years software industry experience
- Enjoy interfacing directly with clients
- Web application experience including:
- Rich client applications using Flex or Flash
- Exposure to a wide range of J2SE, J2EE and third party APIs
- J2EE Application Server
- XML skills, including XSLT, XSD, DOM, WebServices, etc.
- Eclipse plugins or extensions/SWT
- Exposure to Workflow systems and/or PDF Dynamic Forms
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or similar
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- MBA or Master degree in CS or CIS a plus
- Possess excellent problem solving skills
- Must be willing to travel up to 20-40%
- Strong interpersonal skills.
