To be successful in this role you will have:

• Completed a University degree Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or similar
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• The ability to research and learn new technologies quickly
• A high level of motivation and commercial drive with the ability to work independently

The following skills and experience are desirable:

• Exposure to a wide range of J2SE, J2EE and third party APIs
• J2EE Application Server experience
• Previous exposure to Workflow Systems
• XML skills, including XSLT, XSD, DOM, WebServices, etc
• Eclipse plugins or extensions/SWT
• Rich client applications using Flex or Flash
• Exposure to Adobe LiveCycle
• Exposure to both Java and Windows IDEs
• Web application experience including html/javascript/jsp
