Cupertino, CA. — January 19, 2011 — Avoka Inc, an Adobe Gold Solutions Partner specializing in Adobe LiveCycle solutions, today announced that it has appointed Michael Lembo to the position of Vice President of North American Professional Services, a new position established to lead Avoka’s rapidly expanding professional services and educational services initiatives. Most recently Mike was Director, Customer Support Services at Nuance Communications (NUAN) and prior to that he held the position of Director, Consulting and Education Services at Documentum (EMC).

Mike brings extensive expertise in all aspects of customer services delivery, including professional services, customer and technical support, and education services development and delivery. Throughout his career Mike has successfully managed and grown high-performance organizations that have delivered services to a broad spectrum of customers and industries, from Fortune 100 companies and large government agencies, to small-medium enterprise. Mike holds a MBA, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems and also has also 20 years experience teaching Application Design, Visual Basic, C Language Programming and Collaboration Applications at Boston College.
