Avoka Enquiry Tool for LiveCycle Workspace
Avoka's Enquiry Tool provides you with the ability to look up any process (subject to security privileges), its status and data. Via a simple Flex interface, you can enter search criteria and the tool will display the results that match those criteria.
Extremely useful for users who need a broader level of visibility across processes.
The Enquiry Tool runs an enquiry on processes using custom searching criteria specific to the process you are searching on as well as a set of standard process criteria. There are no complex configuration screens – simply mark a process variable as “Searchable”, and it will automatically appear in the search screen as one of the search criteria.

Avoka Process Invoker
Process Invoker is a web application that allows an Adobe LiveCycle ES process to be started via a URL or PDF Form Submission. The process response can be sent back to the user and may be a HTML/XML/PDF document etc.

Avoka Single Sign-on for LiveCycle Workspace
Avoka's Single Sign-on tool enables users to automatically login to LiveCycle Workspace via NTLM authentication (Active Directory and SharePoint), as well as other SSO providers.
The NTLM authentication authenticates to a Windows server or domain. Alternatively, if the user is not logged on to a Windows domain, but is connected to a SharePoint portal, the SharePoint credentials can be passed through to the Adobe Server and log the user in automatically.
The Single Sign-on functionality works on both IE 6 and over as well as Firefox.
NEW! A Single Sign-on is now also available for Oracle OID and for LiveCycle 7 FormManager- both beta only.
Installation of the Single Sign-on tool is a very precise process and depends on the complexity of your environment. Avoka will therefore assist you with this, as part of the purchase, either remotely or on site, to ensure a secure and correct installation.
We have built our Single Sign-on tool in a way that enables easy integration with other SSO providers as well. Please contact us if you would like to receive a quote to extend the SSO tool to fit in with your SSO provider.

Avoka Purge Utility for LiveCycle ES
Adobe LiveCycle ES stores a large amount of data when running processes. Over time, this will fill up a significant amount of space on your file system and underlying database. Since not all of this data is useful or necessary to keep, you will want to delete some of this to free up space on your file system. Avoka have developed the Purge Utility, which enables you to delete all the excess data around your LiveCycle processes, easily and elegantly.

Avoka Alerter for LiveCycle ES Workspace
Alerter for Workspace provides notification of new tasks in your LiveCycle ES Workspace queues by sending task alerts to your desktop. You can now be notified of LiveCycle ES Workspace tasks without having an open browser to host Workspace, or your email application to monitor notifications.
