Self Service App

How it Works

The SmartForm Self-Service App is designed to run on iPad or Android Tablet devices. It is configured to communicate with a specific SmartForm Manager server so that users, employees or members or students can easily locate and work with SmartForm Apps published by that server. A good example might be that a University may want to make a set of forms available to the student body or a large corporation publish a set of services for its partners or employees.

  • Users download and install the Self Service App to their Smart Phone or Tablet from the Apple App Store, the Android Market Place or your site
  • When your customer opens the App they are presented with a SmartForm App discovery screen so they can quickly find the SmartForm Apps published by their employer or prehaps university.
  • Allows them to swipe through a series of SmartForm Apps to view the details 
  • Once they select a SmartForm App they can fill it in and submit it immediatly or
  • Save the form locally so it can be filled in offline and submitted at a later date.
  • If the user has a profile that information can be utilized to prepopulate the form.
  • Completed SmartForm Apps can be submitted anytime the user is online.
