Swintching the page class to the page template doesn't work well.
For example, Click maps the page class UserInfoPage to following templates:
- user-info.htm
- user-info-page.htm
- user_info.htm
- user_info_page.htm
- UserInfo.htm
- UserInfo.htm
- userInfoPage.htm
But ClickIDE 1.4.0 (or before) can handle only "userInfo.htm" and "userInfoPage.htm".
