La Trobe Financial speeds up approvals
La Trobe Financial has launched a new electronic application form for their mortgage products, enabling brokers and applicants to get a faster decision on their application. Developed by Avoka Technologies, the form is an interactive PDF that guides the applicant through the application process in a user friendly way. Importantly, the form has the flexibility to deal with different application scenarios - from simple applications to complex ones requiring multiple applicants, properties and or guarantors.
Additionally, the form’s built-in intelligence ensures that all the required information has been entered for that particular application. On submission, an automated process commences, acknowledging receipt and directing it to the appropriate regional underwriting team.
Once submitted, the application can be printed and all the required supporting documentation will be automatically produced, such as the certification documents and check lists - saving time for the user and facilitating final submission to La Trobe. Finally should the user wish, the form can be saved to their computer for future reference.
The result is a much faster and user friendly decision process, for all involved.
