The Avoka platform delivers best in class customer journeys for financial services. Within the platform, the Avoka TM server application hosts forms, controls customer interaction, calls on specialized services like identity verification, and exchanges data with back-office systems of record.
Web applications built for Avoka TM create the actual customer experience. There are two different paths for development of those web application customer journeys.
Two Paths for Development
The Avoka Open UX is an SDK, including REST API, that enables skilled ReactJS developers to create user experiences that run on the Avoka TM server. Developers skilled in ReactJS with their own IDE and development tools may choose Avoka Open UX as the most efficient path to creating applications that run on the Avoka platform.
Maestro is the Customer Experience Development Environment of the Avoka Platform, purpose-built for the creation of financial customer experiences. It is a graphical design tool that enables trained developers and forms designers to create, visualize, integrate 3rd party services, test, deploy, and iterate a financial customer journey.
Avoka is a platform purpose-built to deliver critical services needed in customer acquisition and onboarding. Save & resume, receipt generation, PII security, bundling of multiple forms into a submission, accessibility compliance, multiple applicants – these are just a few of the complex features that a development team would need to build, test, scale and maintain. On top of these capabilities is the User Experience that differentiates the bank and creates the “Wow” factor. With Avoka, the bank can focus its effort on designing its own Wow UX in React, and avoid the complexity of creating the underlying platform.
Open UX is transparent to existing development pipelines, allowing bank teams to reuse and retain their investment in UX, design, and development environments while taking advantage of the Avoka Platform services.
